1. About these terms
These terms apply to the use of this website and to booking requests made through it with NorthPeak Tire Services Edmonton Ltd., Business Number 063755830.
2. Booking requests
An online request is not a confirmed appointment. The date and time you choose are a preference only. An appointment exists only after we confirm it with you by phone or e-mail.
3. Prices and taxes
Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) before applicable taxes (5% GST in Alberta). The final price depends on rim size and tire type and is confirmed before work starts. We confirm the price before work starts.
4. Estimated tire prices
The tire size finder shows estimated ranges only. They are not offers; availability and exact prices are confirmed in a written quote. Brand names are trademarks of their owners; listing does not imply a dealer agreement or stock.
5. Tire storage
Storage packages cover one set for one season (about six months). Storage and seasonal swaps are priced separately. Detailed storage terms are set out in the storage agreement signed at intake.
6. Wheel re-torque
We recommend a wheel re-torque after the first 50–100 km following any wheel service.
7. Warranty and liability
Workmanship is warranted as described on your invoice. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Alberta consumer protection law.
8. Website content
Content is general information, not a safety inspection. Photos are for illustration.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
